Gas stream scrubbing technology
The method relies on targeted chemical scrubbing of effluent gas streams. Through intensive contact and mixing, toxic gas components are fully absorbed into the liquid phase.
During produced-water storage in sealed tanks, gas vapors are routed through vent lines directly into a scrubber, where hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is effectively neutralized.
Positive pressure is constantly maintained inside the tanks to prevent vacuum formation and eliminate the risk of atmospheric air ingress.
